-TOEFL (if required for VisaScreen)
-NPTE (Physical Therapy), NCLEX (Nursing), NBCOT (Occupational Therapy)

2. Exams & Certification

3. PERM Labor Certification

-We file for a Prevailing Wage Determination
-Post recruitment ads as required by the U.S. Department of Labor
-Secure PERM approval

4. I-140 Petition

-Filed under EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card category, depending on your qualifications
-Or H-1B filing if eligible for temporary work sponsorship

5. Visa Issuance & Arrival

-Consular Processing or Adjustment of Status
-Arrival orientation, cultural training, and job placement in the U.S.
